Faux wood beams, made to order and shipped to your job
Installing with your own crew, or outside the areas we install? We make the beams in Sacramento and send them by freight, with the guides your installer needs.
Beam orders of 10 beams or fewer ship at a flat freight rate within the continental US: $950 for beams up to 16 feet and $1,150 for beams over 16 and up to 24 feet. Larger orders get a custom freight quote.

What shipping costs
Beams are oversized, so everything travels by professional freight carrier, not parcel service.
| Order | Freight within the continental US |
|---|---|
| Up to 10 beams, up to 16 feet | $950 flat rate |
| Up to 10 beams, over 16 and up to 24 feet | $1,150 flat rate |
| More than 10 beams | Custom freight quote |
| Remote or restricted-access sites | May need extra coordination; tell us up front |
Full details are in our shipping and freight policy. Outside the continental US, ask us before you plan around these rates.
From measurements to delivery
Measure the room
Note the run of each beam and the ceiling height. Our guide on measuring your ceiling covers the details, including choosing a beam size.
Choose a profile and texture
Start with the product catalog and the beam textures.
Check a physical sample
Textures look different on screen than in your hand. Order a sample before you commit. For a custom match, send us a piece of the flooring or trim it has to sit beside.
Get a quote
Send quantities, lengths, finish and the ship-to location. Order the whole project at once so it comes from one run, and allow about 10% extra for waste.
We make and finish it
Standard profiles run about 4 to 6 weeks, the economy line 6 to 8, and premium custom work 8 to 10, before freight.
Receive and inspect
Someone must be on site during the delivery window, generally 8 am to 5 pm. Count the pieces and check for damage before you sign.
What comes with a supply-only order
Our published guides are written for contractors and experienced DIY installers.
Installation guide
Preparation, tools and the mounting method, including letting beams acclimate to the room for at least 24 hours.

The terms, before you order

| Processing fee | Minimum 20% on approved returns. You pay return freight. |

Common questions
Do you ship faux beams outside California?
Yes. Most beam orders ship at a flat freight rate within the continental US. Remote or restricted-access sites may need extra coordination.
Can I buy beams without installation?
Yes. Supply-only orders come with access to our installation guides and files so your own installer can fit them.
Can one person install them?
Polyurethane beams are light compared with timber, but long lengths and overhead work are easier and safer with help. Follow the installation guide and standard construction practices.
How long does an order take?
Standard profiles run about 4 to 6 weeks, the economy line 6 to 8, and premium custom work 8 to 10. Freight is on top of that.
Send a photo and the room size. We will take it from there.
Room dimensions, ceiling height, a photo of the space as it is now, and whether you want it installed or supplied. That is enough to scope it and come back with a rough estimate — free.
